How do I book a booth?
Click the "Book a Booth" button on our exhibitor page to fill out an application form. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.
Can small businesses negotiate prices?
Absolutely. We welcome exhibitors of all sizes and offer flexible arrangements. Community groups, startups, and smaller businesses can inquire about shared booth options or special rates. Contact us to discuss what works for your budget.
Can businesses share a single booth?
Yes! We've successfully facilitated shared booth arrangements where complementary businesses or community groups split costs.
How many types of exhibitors by industry?
Golf and padel-related exhibitors will comprise 30–40%, with the remaining 60% coming from lifestyle categories including automotive, fashion, wellness, travel, F&B, and more.
Can we get multiple booths?
There's no strict limit. Companies purchasing 4+ booths receive preferential pricing and premium positioning, including corner lots and high-traffic zones.
What's included in the booth price?
Shell Scheme packages include a furnished 3×3m booth with table, chairs, and power. Empty Space packages provide the space and power only—you design your own setup.
When is the early bird deadline?
Apply by 31 March 2026 to secure early bird pricing.
